By purchasing or using any service from The Vedic Pandit ("we", "us", "our") at thevedicpandit.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The Vedic Pandit provides automated personalised data analysis reports ("Reports") generated algorithmically from birth data provided by the user. Reports are delivered digitally in PDF format via email. Our service is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Prices are displayed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorise the applicable charge to your payment method.
Your Report will be delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within 15–30 minutes of payment confirmation. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it. If you experience delivery issues, contact us at hello@thevedicpandit.com.
Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the Report has been delivered. If you did not receive your Report within 2 hours of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase to hello@thevedicpandit.com with your order number.
The accuracy of your Report depends on the birth data you provide. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect birth details submitted by the user. Reports cannot be regenerated for free due to input errors.
All Reports and content on this website are the intellectual property of The Vedic Pandit. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.
Our Reports are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on the content of a Report. The Vedic Pandit is not liable for any outcomes resulting from use of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Vedic Pandit's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Report.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
